My husband tends to invite his closest friends to our house, at least once on a weekend, to watch a ballgame. They've gotten to know me, so they don't mind my being around.
They talk about sports, cars, sex, and concerts.
Usually, my husband will say something when I am in the kitchen, and I will hear him, and start giggling. Then I have to run upstairs, so he doesn't think I am making fun of him.
My most recent favorite, that he said:
"Guys, I figured out why women take the car to the shop for EVERYTHING. Spend a day watching how she takes care of herself, see all the work that goes into it, then you know why they can't be bothered with the car"
I ran up the stairs, buried my face in a pillow, and laughed so hard I screamed.

Our feelings. Relationships. Shopping and fashion. Our children and the cute things they say and do. What was said on Oprah yesterday. Oh, and maybe a few words about sports, sex, women and politics.
