I am so confused! What the hell happenned with the Soprano's finale? Someone please explain it to me

The audience got whacked that's what happened !!!
It was the worst episode ever. What kind of ending was that?
David Chase should be ashamed. But will probably be expecting an award!!

It's up to our imagination. Maybe the man came out of the bathroom with guns blazing, but maybe he didn't. It's left up to us to decide our own ending. I couldn't help but think that the Sopranos is headed for the big screen like Sex and the City. I don't think they wanted to kill off Tony just in case.

My thoughts are that Tony was actually killed. Thats why the last thing he saw was Meadow and then BLACK. I heard that in the first episode of this season Tony tells Bobby when you die, it all goes black. I don't know for sure if thats true, but thats what I read. But really who knows... the whole scene was really just a peaceful dinner with his family with the overtones of something bad ready to happen. Again.. we'll never really now but debate it and discuss it forever... exactly what David Chase was trying to do

The producers got lazy, they said to themselves "We don't feel like racking our brains, we'll let the audience figure out an ending and pick up our big paychecks in a week"...that's what happened.

It seems to be a cliffhanger since there are still too many unanswered questions (AJ's future, Paulie, etc.). There will probably be a movie in the future! Garbage!
