All aquatic plants are good (duckweed, watter lettuce, anacharis, etc.), anything you can buy from a pond centre or pet store. You can always get it free from local ponds if you're willing to wade in. As for land plants, dandelion is one of the best for the Calcium:Phosphorus ratio.

If it is under about 4", do not feed it ANY vegetables, and never feed a Red-ear Slider fruit.
Young sliders eat meat- good pellets combined with live or frozen/thawed things like worms, krill, shrimp, insects, small fish, etc. (Shop the frozen fish food section at a good pet shop.)
Older turtles can have some dark leafy greens as part of their diet.

Fruits can only make a small percentage of their diet. I'd say 10% or even less. Good fruits to use but only sparingly.
