In fact, the Constitution is far more than 'outmoded,' according to President Bush who rebuffed GOP leader's request to soft pedal some parts of the 'Patriot Act' by saying: "I don't give a goddamn . . . I'm the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way." Then, responding to an aide who stated: "There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution." Bush screamed back: "Stop throwing the Constitution in my face . . . It's just a goddamned piece of paper!"(

The single greatest threat to this country is the President of the United States and those he represents. Amassing the largest debt in history, making our grandchildren indentured servants to the Chinese who now own the mortgage, trashing the long built reputation of this country by making torture and accepted policy of this country, invading other countries that did not attack us, bombing people to the point of making them terrorists, running down our military to the point of exhaustion, opening the border with Mexico for the illegal profits of American corporations, spreading fear at home and abroad with words like "you are either with me or against me," etc, etc.
To him the Constitution is an annoying "piece of paper" that would only get in the way of the "family" plans.
Why have Bush and Cheney not been Impeached?

if ignorance and putting ones own special interests before the good of the nation then I would say the answer is yes. I also believe there should be an amendment to the Constitution against allowing Texans in the white house. And bush should know better than to mix religion and government. I also think his immigration Ideas are self centered. With that I'll stop and don't get me started on Cheney!

He is even more of a threat than Bill Clinton was. Americans are great at picking total losers for President. (BTW, if you take the Bush voters and the Clinton voters, you get about 95% of the voting public. That's just scary.)

I personally think false allegations such as yours above is more of a threat. (but only to ignorant people who do not know better and who vote) The only people who should feel threatened by Bush are terrorist, or progressive socialist democrats with a communist agenda. Anybody who knows George Bush knows that he is a man of God and the profanity you quote as his above is just you bearing false witness. Nice try. If anybody trashed the constitution it was Bill Clinton who claimed that it was a living document, that had to be re-interpreted for modern times, and as written was nothing more than history of the past instead of rule of law.

Bush's power- wanes by the hour. -And his frustration grows accordingly. Worry not about him. It's time we start figuring out who we're going to replace him with- who can clean up the MESS he made...
