If you want a female opinion....Eva Longoria. Jessica Alba is gorgeous but lately she has caved in to the Hollywood pressure and is now reed thin. She looked sexier with more body on her. Alyssa Milano is pretty also but not in the same league as the other two. Eva Longoria is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL, has a sense of humor, is naturally lean without starving herself and is modest about her looks. She has it all. She is also fiercely supportive of her fiance, basketball player Tony Parker. Sex appeal is more than looks or body...it's personality and lifestyle. Eva wins hands down.

None of them really have that much sex appeal, they just look pretty. But I would have to say Eva Longoria has the most sex appeal because she is very open about her sexuality; unlike Jessica Alba.
