we ended on a bad note and i seen him today for the first time i was picking my son up at the park and my son pointed him out to me i got sick in my stomach was it because i cant stand him or i may still have feelings for him i felt really weird ty for your input jewels

Its a question only you can answer...one clue would be that time hasnt strengthened a bond so I dont think you really want him back. Just give it time and youll realize either youre better off with him or without. I tend to think you were just very anxious about encountering him and didnt like dealing with it. I'd bet its all over. Good luck with your decision.

I think it may just be nerves. Seeing him there was unexpected. Each time you see him from here on out it will be a little easier.
P.S. What you were feeling was a bit of both love and hate. After all you share a history with this man.

Yeah you might have feelings...think about when you ended it with a boyfriend how did that feel....I mean you shared a life with this guy...I would think it would be normal to still have some sort of feelings for him.
