Most of those listed, many of which go into making fruit smoothies with at least 7 fruits blended in a powerful Vita Mix machine in seconds. And one answerer mentioned any with seeds and she is right on as seeds contains cancer fighting agencies so they are also g round up in theVita Mix machine-most ordinary mixers aren't strong enough to do that. Also leaving on the white membrane of oranges does the same as seeds.

The kind that contains seeds

Anything thats perfectly ripe, so when you bite into it the juice just bursts into your mouth, and down your chin. This causes such pleasure. The simple things in life. Like a local frown tomato, sliced thin and place upon a slice of helmans coated bread, and topped with another slice of bread that has a spinkle of salt and pepper. Now thats good fruit.
