Make sure you're doing something everyday to drive in new lines of business.

Set small goals every week.
Examples: I will meet with 3 new referral partners. I will meet with 3 current referral partners to discuss how we can make more money. I will show houses to 10 people. etc.

Realize that you are not just in real estate. You are in marketing even moreso than real estate.

Always be a student. Set time everyday to surf the web or read a book to learn something new, especially in marketing your business.
