Its almost time for my shot like the end of the month. In the month of May we had sex like three or four times and so far this month its only been twice anyway each time he sealed the deal if you know what i mean. Ive been feeling kind of weird lately i dont know if it is stress or not i took a pregnancy test two weeks ago but it came back negative. I just want to know how good is the depo.

The Depo shot is VERY good at preventing pregnancy. It is 99.7% effective. I took the shot 3 times and hubby and I never once used a condom. I had been off the shot 2 YEARS before I got pregnant again. So, I think your chances are VERY low to get pregnant.

i replaced into on depo for years and am due with my third here in some short weeks. My pal replaced into additionally on depo for awhile after she had her 2d toddler, she has 5 now. yet another pal of mine has 3 and temporarily used depo after her 2d so she ended up pregnant returned effectively.

I wouldn't worry. I stopped taking Depo a year and a half ago. My partner and I have been trying for a baby and have had no luck. My understanding of Depo is that it takes between 6 mths to a year to get out of your system. So stop stressing and you will probably feel better :-)

I know one person that happened too.She got pregnant on birth control, and then after having the baby switched to the Depo shot and got pregnant on that too. She was told to have an abortion because the baby would surely have bith defects but the baby was fine.

defintely not prego if you had that depo shot. its hard to get prego even after you take it.
