I think that he will, but I was just wondering what others think. And just because you don't like him isn't a reason to say no.

He needs to get himself in better shape, so that he can finish a season for a change. If he can do that, he'll be back in a big way, and the Eagles will be a legitimate contender again. You can't have your team leader throwing up on the field. He's got to make a commitment to getting in better shape.

Even if he does come back he can not be trusted anymore. Its not just how often he gets injured its WHEN he gets injured. Panthers playoff game, Bucs playoff game, Superbowl puking. He cant be trusted, it was smart for the Eagles to begin to look for his replacement. McNabb has never been that great of a QB to begin with to be honest. Early in his career the Eagles Defense carried them to the playoffs but it was McNabb and their offense that couldn't get them over the hump and to the superbowl. Examples the Bucs playoff game McNabb throwing brutal picks to Rodne Barber, the Carolina Panthers Ricky Manning Jr. The only year he had really good numbers was the year he was throwing to T.O.

The way I see it McNabb and Culpepper are each good for atleast half a season so I say sign Culpepper has a backup (as he is willing to adjust his contract) and then when McNabb bites the dust half way through put it Culpepper for the next half and considering how he does maybe even just trade away McNabb, give Culpepper a pay raise and just run with him until Kolb is ready to go.

He has been a guy who has recovered well from injuries throughout his career. The problem is he seems to be injured every year. He has to bounce back or he will be out of a job. The Eagles already drafted his replacement.

I think that Donovan could easily bounce back if he just got some help on his O-Line. why do you think he gets hurt every year. its not luck thats for sure. so ya as long as the eagles get 2 or 3 decent linemen to protect him then he will be great this year.

Yes. He will bounce back to the hospital, once the playoffs start. He always does.

of course he will bounce back, he has every year, but then towards the end of the year he will end up getting injured again, it always happens, and it sucks, but thats how it goes with dNabb
