I would suggest you start an infusoria colony. Use tank water and crush some lettuce or other green veggies into it. Just a very little will do. Place the jar in a window or other location that it can get several hours of sun each day. Within a few days the water will turn green and then will become a milky color. That's the infusoria. Start a new colony when your starts to smell or turn clear. You feed it to the betta fry simply be adding some of the colony water to the tank at each feeding.

If you can find a way to get a microworm colony those also make excellent food for the first few days.

After the fry have been free swimming for a week or so you need to start them on newly hatched brine shrimp.

You're going to need tiny live food since baby bettas don't eat non-live food. Go to the International Betta Congress website and see if they have a chapter in your area. IBC is an organization that has set the standards for betta judging and serious betta keepers belong to exchange info, fish, etc. If you contact a local chapter, a member can probably set you up and help you with starting live cultures for your betta babies, and can also advise you about raising betta babies.
