If you are in a 401k or some other investment program for retirement, does this make you just as guilty as those you accuse of doing so. Many investment firms put money from retirement funds in oil companies. Do you know where your money is being invested? Are you making money from oil profit also?

Check with the Federal Elections Commission on your Congress people. I did and Boxer and Finestein take big bucks from Chevron. My retirement fund invest in everything from offshore compaines to rubber ducks, which by the way are produced from protrolem products.

no. but driving oil based cars contributes to oil wars and makes profits.if not oil then electricity in cars at electric car stations. for those who do not like it elect a mayor who will supply them with jobs working in electric car plants or with electric power sations for cars as opposed to gas stations. donate all their oil to heat the homeless or to the military or the Iraqis. or pool it together to invest in a joint venture for alternittives call it Electric Futura. and call their cars Futuras

Matter of fact, mine is not. If it were in oil I would move it. I don't see gouging the piss out of people as a way to make money.
