A salad yet unnamed, but delicious: Tomato wedges, diced avacado, drained pineaple chunks, drained mandarin oranges with Catalina dressing and a splash of lime juice.
I add some sweet wine to the leftover juices so I can have a nice Sangria while i make my salad.
