I don't know what you mean by big. My small tanks are 100 and my big tank is 360. Most pet shops and aquarium builders will make glass tanks upto 220. My brother has a glass 400 though most people use plexiglass when you are up at these sizes. I've seen a lot of built on site tanks that get much larger. If you want a basic 6' tank there are a lot of regular manufacturers like All Glass that provide these.

My dad found this one guy who did custom tanks and we are getting one made for a hole in the wall!
