I didn't like it, was way too cut off. It looked like they just picked a random frame to end. Also do you think the guys were waiting for the daughter to come in then shot the whole family?

It was so lame. I thought the whole family would be whacked after Meadow came in. Copout!

It can't, sorry. I was horrible. It felt like a big F-you from David Chase to the viewers of Sopranos. I mean we put up with a lot of crap. Waited years between seasons, cliffhangers, watching character's we liked get killed off, and we got nothing for our loyalty. I will not watch anything written, directed, or produced by David Chase every again! I almost canceled my HBO, but then I remembered how much I enjoy watching Big Love. Hopefully, that show will end properly. Geez!!!

I thought that might happen! I also thought that my cable went out. I came out here to find out if we missed something. Glad I can count on my ANWERS family. I have an ammendment to make, papers here in canada yesterday said that they left it for the audience to decide how the show ended. apparently it could have went three ways. all happily eating in the restuarant, feds come in and tony is indicted or the family is killed. the audience is to choose like a choose your own adventure episode. still a crappy way to end the show but at least the left it to us to decide!

I thought my satellite went out. Im glad all made it..but was totally disappointed how it ended. It was like watching paint dry! HBO owes me a refund...BUT..I have to say James Gandolfini and Edie Falco were absolutely wonderful from the first season to the end. They made this show. Hats off to those two!!!

ok listen guys...u gotta wach the end of the episode again and wach closely...here is wat ull c... when tony walks into the diner he looks at himself sitting down at the table...u can be sure of this b/c he is wearing different clothes when he sits down...i dont no wtf that means...
in previous seasons it had been told to us that tony's dad
died just as his daughter (janus) walked in... if u watch closely u will see janus walk in shortly after tony sits down...this is used to
signify the possibility of that happening again...then u will c the sports store owner who tony destroyed walk in wearing a brown kinda hunting jacket... he is the guy that a couple seasons ago got into gambling trouble with tony and tony took over his store...
HE IS THE 1 WHO WACKS TONY...he comes in and sits down hunched over...hiding his eyes as not wanting to be noticed...and alas..."u probly dont even here it when it happens rite?" (this is bobby talking to tony in the 1st episode of the season...tony had this flashback as he was laying down in the last episode... there would be no reason to have had that in unless it had some huge significance)... and finally... tonys daughter walking in to c her dad get shot just as janus did so many years ago... u hear the bell of her walking in and then
blackness... nuthing...
it signifies the neverending cycle of the soprano family...aj will become tony...meadow will become janus...carmela will become livia (tonys mom)...and cycle of violence goes on and on and on....absolutlely amazing...i HATED the ending at first...but when i wached it again...and understood it...it is really the most amazing ending possible for the show...we really would not have been satisfied with the boring u c tony git shot ending... this was priceless...remember..this was not an action show...it was a drama about a FAMILY

I didn't like the ending at all. It made me feel....angry! I wanted more than that! I thought they would make a real bizarre twisted ending like...as Tony was being carted off to jail, he would see Adrianna in the crowd watching him, knowing she ratted him out....after all, we didn't REALLY SEE her die, now did we??? The whole last episode was boring! The ending was boring!!!

I don't know I hated the ending...it didn't make sense. I am curious about that guy at the bar who kept looking at Tony. I don't understand why they spent so much time watching Meadow parallel park.

Nope. They built up the final episode for about a whole month...and it was sh*tty.
