They're not always cool. My stud 16 yr.old nephew (6 ft., spiked hair, tatooes, etc.) thought the nipple rings were so awesome until he went to Six Flags with me last summer. We went on one of those extreme roller coasters and the shoulder bar beat non-stop onto his rings. I've never seen him cry so hard. And I've never laughed so hard.

i think on men they look amazing and very sexy, and i think they look okay on certain women, not on women that have huge chests. you have to have a medium size.
