Is it possible to only have the Yahoo anti-spy without all the other stuff? I downloaded only the anti-spy?

Yahoo anti-spy cannot even be considered a mediocre malware removal product. Too many false positives and too few updates.

Download and scan your machine with one of these free anti-spyware /adware programs.

All the above have a free edition, that's probably what you will want to download.

These scans will take a LOT longer than what you are used to with the Yahoo product. That's good; it is doing a complete scan and a full spyware check!

Yahoos anti-spyware normally comes with its search software. But you can check and see if you can download only the anti-spyware
