The shape your boobs take depends 100% on heredity (& maybe on diet) not on wether or not you wear a bra to bed. If you're growing to be a larger cupped young woman wearing a bra to bed can't hurt provided you don't have a size too small that's going to leave a nice red mark when you wake up in the morning. My advice would be to wear a sports bra type undergarment. That way you can walk around your house in it and it becomes part of your P.J.'s

If you have real breasts, it's only a comfort issue. If you have implants, you should wear a bra to bed to keep them looking good. I have never worn a bra to bed, I simply am not comfortable in one. But then, I don't wear one during the day all the time either as I am on the small side. Most really large breasted women say they are more comfortable when they sleep with one.

Your friend is mistaken. NOT wearing a bra with larger boobs can make them sag from the weight.

I think most of those things you hear are just old wives tales. I've been told that sleeping with a bra or without one doesn't really make a difference. It all depends on how you're comfortable.

I have very very lare ones and I NEVER sleep in a bra! I just don't , they need a chance to "breath" . If I do its because I fell a sleep before I took it off and then in the morning I wake up feeling soar and almsot constricted. I have never heard of what your friend told you!

Wear a sports bra if your not sure, but once you have a couple kids it wont matter because they wont be the same, if you have big ones i would use a bra, the stretching could cause stretch marks

The only thing that I know of as far as sleeping in a bra is (so I'm told) that if you are in the wrong position, it could screw around with your circulation.
