Age of majority, not consent. A number of states age of consent is lower then age of majority (meaning you can sign documents, legally an adult). 18 is the age of majority there in CA as is elsewhere in the US except two states where it's 19.

You have to be a Judge to lift a restraining order.

What you want to know is how old you have to be to hire an attorney to file a Petition, and that's whatever is the age of Majority, but the Judge does not have to grant the Petition. Probably will, but might not.

You have to be 18 years old to do anything in the State of CA. However, if you are seeing the party involved, the order has been broken already since no one is prosecuting the other party. Have you asked your parents to lift it? Hope this helps!!!!

It all depends. How heavy is the restraining order you need to lift?

Must have been something pretty bad for your parent's to go out on a limb for you, why now, make them look like a idiots for taking up for you when you wanted them too. Drop that order and they will never believe you are your parents again, that is the way the law see's it.
