Yes! You may not even realize it, but most people sweat in their sleep. Not only that but your skin is always sloughing off. That skin, oil and dirt can get lodged in your pores and cause later breakouts. Not only that, but if you don't keep your pores cleaned out enough, they will stretch and become larger. That will make it even easier for more dirt and oil to clog them. Washing your face in the morning, and then applying a moisturizer will also make your make-up last longer and look better.
In the evening, its the same story. Plus you also need to know that not washing off your make-up can cause serious skin problems. It can cause acne as well as for every night you don't remove your make-up, IT WILL AGE YOUR SKIN 7 DAYS! Scary huh? Its actually true. Imagine that you may only be 20, but you will look like you're 40. Its not a pretty picture!
Your skin will be much healthier and better looking if you wash twice a day. Make sure you're using the appropriate cleansers for your skin type and skincare needs also. Make sure you follow that with the correct moisturizer for your skin.
You only get one face...treat it well!

Twice is a must. If you wash your face once a day you will get oily skin and that will result in acne. If you wash it when you get up and when you go to bed you will have a healthy glow.

It sure does! But, it's more important to wash your face at night because you have to get all the "day gunk" off - pollution, makeup, etc.!
