Stretch marks are the result of scar tissue replacing regenerative skin layers that have been damaged once too often, or too rapidly to be replaced. Scar tissue is not cellular as such. That is why there is nothing you can do do remove them, no matter how much you pay for creams and laser treatment. Fading is possible.
