I think he will, as the Tiges are going to score a boatload of runs the rest of the year. Tiger fan (G.P.) is dead on, that Sheffield is the big reason he's getting pitches to hit, as Shef is still the most feared hitter in the big leagues. So Shef will get plenty of walks with runners on base (especially the way he's hitting lately) and Mags can bring them home.

Actually he is NOT leading the league in RBI's.
He has 54, the leader (his name escapes me at the moment) has 56 (before the start of games today).
But yeah, at the end of the year he could be the league leader.
Part of his resurgence is the fact that Gary Sheffield is batting in front of him, and Carlos Guillen is batting behind him....so he's getting some good pitches to hit. Also, another big reason is that he is finally 100% healthy.

Probably. He's a future Hall of Famer for sure, and on top of all that talent he's a family man with a great attitude. You don't see much of that in professional sports anymore. He's the kind of player I wouldn't mind my own kid looking up to.

With that offense, he could. He is having a great year. I'm glad because he is one of the most underrated players in baseball.

I hope so because he's on my fantasy team, but I kinda doubt it, A-Rod will probably end up winning, maybe even Ortiz if he gets hot.

I AM A HUGE TIGERS FAN.
UNFORTUNELY I DO NOT THINK SO BECAUSE WHEN HE WAS STEALING SECOND LAST SATURDAY HE HURT HIS KNEE AGAIN. HIS KNEE IS STILL SENSITIVE FROM HIS SURGERY TWO YEARS AGO. HE DID NOT PLAY LAST SUNDAY BECAUSE OF A SORE KNEE. I HOPE THIS ANSWER HELPED YOU A LOT.
