Do you ever look at a married couple and wonder what in the world brought them together?

Gosh all of the time!

I'll see an elderly man and woman that are holding hands..... that are laughing..... and gosh I know they are "friends" as well as mates for life. And I wonder how they figured it all out..... how long it took? What made the difference for them?

I also have looked at couples and thought they looked so different from one another! yet I can see in their eyes that the differences are probably what make them click....... what keep them happy and spontaneous and constantly moving and changing.

I look at couples that no longer look happy and I wonder if they honestly were in the beginning....... or if they compromised because they felt it was the "right thing to do" to get married.

yes....... my mind works that way always. Always wondering the behind the scenes stories! It is fun to imagine...... fun to explore....... fun to realize. Especially when you know..... they are still in love.

I did all the time back when my parents were married, HA! But obviously I'm glad they were stupid enough to get together. =)

i find myself looking at old married couples and think that, but then i think at one time the girl must of been cute, and he really liked her, there both old now, and he must still love her
