Ca, is junk and suggest you get rid of this spyware program.

Here are program I use that will give you 100% protection. Ofcourse you must also have all your critical updates installed from Microsoft.

I use the free zone alarm firewall for many years. Excellent with free updates and all new versions free. Protects you from rouge incoming packets and keeping your private data from leaving your pc.

http://www.zonealarm.com Download their free home for personal use.

Antivirus program I use. You only pay a one time fee of $29.99. and you get all updates and all new versions for life.

Read the webpage and if you like what you read this is the antivirus of choce I have used for over ten years and never one virus.

By culture the Chinese are very secret just about everything and that includes their software.

This antivirus program out of Beijing, China that is also used by the Government of China.

This antivirus program does not have the Govt. permission to be rated with all other known antivirus programs.

What I can assure you is that you pay only a one time fee for life that will include all auto updates, and all new versions for life. The Chinese don't believe in having to pay an annual fee for updates or new versions.

I can tell you their technology is light years ahead of any other known antivirus software out there.

If you open a webpage and there is a hidden virus it will clean in realtime. Anything that you download and has even a trace code, it will kill the download and ask you to upload the trace code for investigation. In real time the upload will tell you if it is clean or not.

Will not allow you download, Real Player, because there is a hidden file that is a trojan keylogger. The file was uploaded and traced back to the United States Army, Intelligence Services out of London, England. (Removal of the file Real Player will reject the installation).

Read for yourself at their webpage. I have never had one virus in ten plus years. Plus it will catch any progam with it's dynamic defense system, for software that you download and it does not have a publisher or lic., included.

Twister Trojan Antivirus V7

Very low on resources with scanner running in background.

If you prefer not to pay and wish to have a free antivirus program download the free AOL Active Virus Shield, powered by Karpersky engine Russia.

Antispyware I use three. You can only use one antivirus program or you will have serious conflict with your system.

Superantispyware, known to find what all other anitspyware will miss. http://www.superantispyware.com

A2Squard Malware out of Austria. Download their free version and you will be protected from, rogue dialers, worms, malware, keyloggers, trace spyware and rouge cookies.

http://www.emsisoft.com

AdAware SE Personal out of Sweden. This antispyware company has been around since computers became commerical. In June of this year they will come out with a brand new version. Right now it is beta testing. Download their free home for personal use. http://www.lavasoft.com

All of these program I have listed for you use little or no resources.

Don't be teed off - you have to use a little common sense in selecting where to go on the Internet. Having said that - NO CA is crap! I fear that you may be so infected that only a format and reinstallation of Windows will help. But try these suggestions first:
Download Sypbot Search and Destroy - free download.
Download AdAware - free download.
Download AVG Anti-Spyware - free download.
Download Firefox browser - free download.

Make sure all are updated.
Turn off System Restore. Start/Right click My Computer/Properties/Click System Retore tab/ put a check mark in "turn off system restore" - click apply and ok.

Restart you computer and boot into safe mode. At black screen - tap F8 key - choose "Safe Mode" and of course your operating system - XP.
After all the files are done loading - run Spybot, AdAware, and AVG. Take the default on everything they find.

If it is spyware you want to remove it, but if it is virus you want to quarantine. if a spyware file has the similar file name as your computer files you don't want to remove accidentally anything that could be a normal file. In my experience, CA is absolutely useless and though I have a whole year of use still, I got rid of it. Everything got into my computer without a problem and they disabled it easily. Some tech advisors told me otherwise, and swear by it, but for myself, I know otherwise for sure!
You don't want to download freeware for security though, go buy a good one it is an investment you won't regret. Trend Micro, Zone Alarm, are good ones.
If the spyware are still there after many attempts, and you have done a system restore to a healthier time and still getting them, it needs reformating of your disk to clear everything out.
I kept taking mine for proffessional clean up, and also had Windows reinstalled, but they were still there untill I had it reformatted and not taking any more chances, I purchanse a good security suite.
You are also being spied by your own products heavily, browser, operating system company, web page, groups you belong page, and the list is endless. Once you reformat, you'll be able to tell and take notes of who spies on you.

Don't exclude. Delete or quarantine the items. You may also want to look at these instructions as well.

Firstly update and run your anti-virus product. You can also run a free online scan as well as some malware can actually corrupt or disable your resident security products. Here are a few online scans you can run:
Trend - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Panda - http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/ActiveScan.htm
Norton - http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym

Second download, update and run scans using the following products:
SuperAntispyware
http://superantispyware.com/
Spybot S&D (free version requires manual updating)
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
AVG AntiSpyware
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tpl/v5
Adaware from Lavasoft (free version requires automatic updating)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php

(These programs can be run in Safe Mode after downloading and updating)

Third, after cleaning your system, disable System Restore, reboot and re-enable System Restore when you log back on. This will clear the malware that may still be lurking in System Restore, which could be reinstalled should you need to rollback at some point. Additionally, a reboot may be required to complete the malware removal process.

Lastly, you may also want to install the following tool. It is free and requires you to check for and enable updates manually once a week or so. It uses no system resources.
SpywareBlaster (inoculates, not a spyware removal tool)
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
================================
If you cannot get it removed after the above, you may want to join a tech group that specializes in providing manual instructions on malware eradication.

I would recommend getting a better anti-virus system. symantec has good stuff, that's Norton anti-virus. try using them, you can buy it just about anywhere. also be careful of what you're downloading. if you have lots of spyware it might be because you're putting it on your computer yourself without knowing it. overall, though, get a better AV. do a regular scan, and delete any suspicious files.

Making love is more of a personal connection between the couple, eye contact, kissing deeply, etc. The other is just an act of pleasing ones self and not caring about the other person feelings.
