My Betta has just recently started this trend. He'll eat the first one or two pieces of Betta Bites that I put in his bowl, but any successive pieces he will swallow and then regurgitate. He used to do this only occasionally and I took it as meaning he was full. He has been doing it for every meal for the past three days at least. Is he tired of his Betta Bites diet? Is he sick? Does anyone know?

Bettas do need a variety in their diet and I have seen bettas do just what you describe before. Try getting him some frozen blood worms or daphnia and feed him that every few meals. That should help a lot and help to keep him healthy as well.
