When i boot the program it just says:

Remove all media!
Press any key to restart

(in a black background)

So, i do and it just acts as normal and boots. No bios change. It won't let me do it from the cmd either!

I am trying to do this with Floppy Disk. CD didn't work either. This is a dell bios (and i definitely have the right bios update)

Go into the BIOS settings and be sure you do not have Virus Protect or Lock Bios turned on.. You can't write to it if those are active!

BIOS is hard info which is a part of your CPU on your motherboard.

Normally you should not do this from a CD.

Why do you need to do a BIOS update? How old is the computer? Do you have problems with the motherboard responding to the devices such as the CDROM? OS?
