MY BROTHER SERVED FOR THE VIETNAMESE ARMY BACK IN 70'S. HIS RANKING WAS FIRST LIEUTENANT FOR ARVN. HE WAS SENT TO THE USA BETWEEN 09/03/1969 TO 09/14/1970 TO ATTEND MILITARY TRAINING AT FORTH MONMOUTH, NEW JERSEY. HE GRADUTED WITH A DIPLOMA FROM THE ARMY SIGNAL SCHOOL AT FORTH MONMOUTH, NJ. HIS DIPLOMA WAS LOST AFTER SO MANY YEARS. HE WOULD LIKE TO OBTAIN A DUPLICATE HIS DISPOLMA TO PROVE THE US CONSUALTE IN VIETNAM THAT HE WAS INDEED IN THE USA FOR A PERIOD FROM 09/03/1969 TO 09/13/1970.

THE US CONSULATE DENIED HIS IMMIGRANT VISA TO THE USA DUE TO LACK OF EVIDENCES REGARDING HIS STAY IN THE USA THAT TIME. HE IS CURRENTLY ENTITLED TO HUMANTARIAN VISA UNDER JON MCCAIN ACT.

PLEASE HELP HIM TO OBTAIN HIS MILITARY SCHOOL RECORDS.

THANKS,

The U.S. military(via the Dept. of the Army) should have records of participants during that period...that seems like a reasonable (and logical) place to start. Your search could be as simple as providing copies of class photos (usually taken at the conclusion of any TDY period because they typically display the instruction period on a sign in front of the graduating class. Is that as good as class documentation? No, but it should be sufficient to the task of proving attendance. Good luck.
