Where is the thermostat on a 2002 ford explorer?

follow the upper radiator hose to the engine, the thermostat is located under that housing.

At the engine end of the upper radiator hose.

Two bolts hold the thermostat housing on. It's under that.

on top of the intake. Follow the hose on top of the radiator until you hit the thermostat.
