I'm in the marine corps. If I buy a house can i change my home of record??

I'm about to EAS and want to move my family to my new home. My new home is actually further than where i originally entered the Marine Corps.. Thank you.

Update your residential address at the Office for Personnel so that if anything happens to you your immediate kin will be notified.

Yes. In fact, you are required to inform your employer and various government agencies or offices of your new address.
