I am always stuck deciding where to eat when i am paying attention to calories and weight. I usually think that Wendie's is healthy just because of look. Is this true? Which restaurant should we really eat at if we are considering a healthy diet?

Taco Bell and Wendy's removed trans fats from their food in 2007. I guess you can say these two are healthier. Also, calories don't mean fattening. It just means the more calories, the more energy given to exercise.

It is Wendy's deffinitely. Even though all of the above has healthy choices. Wendy's just has better ones. And if you are trying to stay healthy I would try to avoid going there too much.....just beacause you get tempted when you see and smell the food.

Taco bell about makes me puke. Too many beans. I love Taco Time. They have prep people that chop the fresh tomatoes, shred the lettuce. They make their own salsa. I work for Mc Donald's and while I like the salads, Burgerking's chicken is healthier because it is flamed broiled instead of cooked on the grill.

You can make any of them healthier by chosing certain things and modifying them. I would say taco bell has the items with the lowest calories, like a chicken soft taco i think is low(comparing to everything else)heres a website that will help. http://www.foodfacts.info/

I would say Wendy's, most of the food is like "real" restaurants, I think the others are higher in preservatives and additives, they have some choices that are reasonably good, salads, baked potatoes, chili and deli sandwiches (Canada).

I'm pretty sure it's Wendy's. They have more healthy options on their menu than the other 3.

All of those restaurants that you listed are terrible, more so for Taco Bell. A much better one that you omitted would be Arbys.

Have you ever looked at calorieking.com it tells you of all the popular restuarants and the caloric values of the food. I would tend to think about Wendy's as the best...but check it out!

Good luck!
