i have a 2001 civic and my radiator is messed up can i replace it with a intercooler or not?

no the only thing in an intercooler is air and it only helps the turbo get air you need a new radiator

NO. An intercooler is not designed for that type of work. Thus may damage the intercooler, for what it was made for.
