Since I am not dating her brother , the means of trying to intimidate me should not play a factor. If anyone was to treat her in an indecent or harsh way then I would hope the brother would come in and intimidate enough up to the limits of the law to send a message. But not to ask someone out on account of her brother to me is saying you are really not as interested in dating his sister as was once thought. Unless the guy does or tries to do something that is not right then the dating of his sister is really none of his business. If he knows something about himand can prove it then that is a different story.
