Ok, it was a movie about a man who got fed up with his spoiled rich kids who kept spending his money w/o thanks and so he dumps them in an abandoned building. They end up working together and in essence finding themselves. There are awesome scenes where they make a calendar of "movable art" portraying classical artworks in murals with themselves as the characters.. does anyone know what the movie is called so i can add it to my collection. Thanks!!!

...you're talking about the 1990 film, "Where the Heart Is", starring Dabney Coleman, Crispin Glover, Uma Thurman, Joanna Cassidy and Christopher Plummer.

...a rather odd, albeit touching and enjoyable film from director John Boorman, who usually directs and produces much more epic films ("Excalibur", "The Emerald Forest", "Zardoz", etc.), and has never really tackled comedy before.....that is, unless you count "Exorcist II: The Heretic"

...now THAT's comedy!!!
