it's not so much forgetting as the fact that my exercise machine doesn't work anymore. it's not so bad. it was just a stick and a ball on a string.

Friendship, no it incredibly isn't any longer undesirable....my contacts basically this week helped me turn my head faraway from the darkness and in direction of the gentle....it is not delusional in any respect, yet a reality.

no. i can feel when i haven't exercised. but i usually "forget" more important things, like breakfast, wearing deodorant, locking my car doors, putting on shoes before i leave...

Exercising is a beast period.
No matter what anyone says.
It's all about the mood.
Well, I have been sick and weak.. and not able to exercise it kills me. Oh well...

I try not to because the days turn into weeks and the weeks turn into months and the thin turns into fat.
