name of song in timelife soft rock collection?

the song i'm looking for is in the timelife softrock collection that has 170 some songs and it's a jazz song with no lyrics i think and i think it's also in a simpsons episode where bleeding gums murphy dies.....can someone help me out? thanks

well that is the thing i've seen commercials and listened to most of those tracks and i'm not sure that it's actually on the cd....i know they play it on the commercials but never say the name or artist just kind of shows a guy playing a saxaphone in the background

I didn't see that Simpson episode, but here is a link to the Time Life albums. You can click on each one and see what songs are on it and listen to a clip. Perhaps it will help.

Just go to time-life.com and they list all the cd's they sell and you can hear 30 second clips of the songs. I go there to find old songs I forgot about and then I download them from my site.
