tiny white lines?

Question

that move are all over the inside glass of my fish tank!
they look like little worms!!
what are they???

i live in an unfinished basement (im 17 you cant make fun of me)

They are little worms. Usually these are the larvae of some small fly or midge. They are harmless to the fish and in fact many fish will eat them. A good water change will remove the majority of them for you but other than that I wouldn't suggest you try to kill them off with any thing chemical as that would stress the fish for no real reason considering they are harmless.
