It seems like I clean it at least twice a week, and a few days later the film is back. WHY?

The film can be caused by a few different things. If you smoke inside the car it will create a film since not all the smoke is sucked out the window. Another cause is vinyl/rubber treatments like Armor-All on the dashboard. The heat inside the car evaporates the solvents which collect on the windshield. Another is the age of the car. New cars still have fresh chemicals in the dashboard which are slowly evaporating and collecting on your windshield.

Personally I'm a fan of the Invisible Glass aerosol window cleaner for cleaning my windows. Especially since it's safe for tinted windows. Another little trick I learned from cleaning windows at home is do the outside and inside in different directions (i.e. vertical inside and horizontal outside). That way, if you have any streaks you can tell if they're outside or inside.
