Tell me how many i need to do and howmany times a week and foods to eat specifically for this I dont want abs I want tone tightness and flatness give me a whole schedule please and it help if you know what you talking about

OK...can't see the pics, but there isn't really a way to copy somebody elses abs on your body. Through diet and exercise, you an have smaller version of what you already have. YOu need to burn more calories than you consume. Do some cardio work, I like the elliptical trainer and the rowing machine. both machines work a lot of different muscle groups at same time. You also can do a combination of ab exercises as well, leg lifts, ab weight machine, crunches on a stability ball, etc. that will firm up the muscles and the cardio will reduce the excess fat.

Eat a low fat, high fiber diet a well. No matter how much you work out, if you do not eat less and/or burn more calories, it won't matter. You can have a layer of fat over your rock hard abs and nobody will see them.
