is port carnavel another name for orlando. if they are to diferent cities how far are they from each other?

They are not the same city, they are not in the same place. Port Canaveral is about 60 miles east of Orlando. Orlando is in the Interior of the Florida peninsula, Port Canaveral is on the East Coast.

Port Carnavel and Orlando are two different cities and are about hour away from each other.

No Port Canaveral is not Orlando. Orlando is in Central Florida. Port Canaveral, if I'm not mistaken, is about 50 minutes from Orlando.
