Listen man, you got involved with her in the first place, she knows she has problems and has tried too do the right thing regarding you and your children. Whats wrong with helping her a bit when she's in despair? Maybe with your help, she can become a better person and value you and her children, which you did not state whether they were her children to begin with. If you feel that she has a place in the life of you and your children, then you are obligated to help when you can!

If you believe she is a danger to the kids then you must get legal advice.
But be careful... if she is on drugs and signed the house and kids over to you, you might end up with nothing as a court may deem she wasn't in a good mental place to be signing papers of that enormity.

At the end of the day though, the kids come first... if they are in danger you must seek advice, if not, then try and find a way of her having access to the kids on neutral territory with a mediator there, so you know the kids are safe.
they are also her children and she has a right to see them.

This may be a chid protection issue. If you are concerned re her lifestyle and your childrens exposure to a dangerous environment something formal needs to be put in place to protect them.
There are a number of people you can speak to for advice including your family doctor if you have concerns.
The social work dept could help ensure that she is providing a stable environment for her children...even if this is on a visitation setting and they can ensure that you recieve financially what you need to ensure the children are cared for.
They are the only people who can only assess wherther or not their mother is causing harm to your childrens wellbeing...and they can assess her to ensure she is not taking drugs.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO BE AS HONEST AS YOU KNOW HOW TO BE W/OUT TALKING BAD ABOUT THE OTHER INVOLVED. JUST EXPLAIN THAT SHE'S VERY SICK AND WON'T GET HELP! LEAVE IT AT THAT.TELL THEM THAT THEY'LL UNDERSTAND WHEN THEY GET OLDER. MATBE CHANGE YOUR NUMBER.

second, they are her kids too
unless she has been told not to ever come back, she can see them, and talk to them
