Without a doubt, Champ Bailey
No one can do well against him. Marvin Harrison, a Top 3 WR of all time, didn't do well against him last year, even with Peyton Manning throwing to him. He is lights out.

Yeah Champ Bailey hands down.
He is fast, agile, and has the hands of a receiver (helps that he was one) and all of these make for a devastating force to be reckoned with on the field. The man is all over the ball when it's thrown his way and even when it's not he's all over the field chasing the ball and the ball carrier whomever it may be. Bailey is the type of corner that has the ambush capability where a quarterback wont even see him but once the ball is released out of nowhere Bailey will pop up and snatch the ball away from the receiver whether it be at midfield or in the endzone. Hands down Champ Bailey is every quarterback's worse nightmare.

Champ bailey without a doubt
He is one of the quickest and most agile corners in the league.
Since he used to be a WR too he has great hands and knows how to cover the receiver.
He is also not a mean stuckup football player

Nate Clements. He just signed an $80 million contract with the 49ers in the off-season.

There are several but if I had to pick just one I'd say Champ Bailey. Great one-on-one cover guy, excellent speed, good tackler in run support, tremendous athlete, almost never gets beat deep.

Champ Bailey
Only true shutdown cornerback in the game today. He owns the half of the field that he is at. Receivers can't get away from him, and he tends to catch more balls than the receivers in his area (INTs obviously)
