don't slobber
be soft & gentle
no one likes beard burn, or jaw pressure
and ask for the truth& say you want to be a better kisser & be thankful & considerate of answer don't get upset or defensive
just work on fixing it

No such thing as a 'perfect' kiss -- because everyone's idea of a great kiss is different!
One thing -- most of the women I know don't particularly like French Kissing. At the very least, don't try to stick your tongue all the way down her throat...

you have to at least like the person you are kissing, the more you like or love the person, the better the kiss gets.
