Alton Brown. I know that sounds weird, but he could cook me something fantastic, teach me scientifically why he used what he used, and crack me up all at the same time. Laughing, learning, and cooking good food are all of my favorite things...
2nd choice--Houdini. I'm not really crazy about the idea of being locked in ANYWHERE for a week. What if I have to pee?
