You asked in the crafts section, and we are more likely to make something like this ourselves than look for places to shop. For shopping, maybe you could try in a different category. It would be very easy to make, you just have to find shiny material and then make matching pom poms.
Personally I would not go with the cheapest because they will just fall off.

You could make one yourself. Buy a cotton bedspread and either buy or make pom-poms in the same colour and attach them to the spread.
