It depends on the wattage, number and type of connections needed and the brand. Cost can range anywhere from $15.00/$20.00 to $130.00 give or take. If you have a high end pc, expect to pay more. If it is a little older and doesn't have a lot of equipment then expect to pay on the lower end. Typically I find that I spend on average about $50.00 for a power supply. Good deals exist on ebay and newegg.com. You will need to examine your current power supply to determine what connections you will need. Unless you have done a bit of upgrading since you bought the pc you can buy one with the same wattage or higher. If you have added on to your pc like bigger faster hard drives, then you will need something more powerful.

As people have stated, it depends on the wattage and brand of replacement you buy. In most cases, they run between $40-$90, but more expensive models can cost between $100-$200.

If you're replacing the power supply for a name-brand machine (Sony, Dell etc) it's usually more expensive since they often use proprietary mounts.

this could range from 40-200 depending on the power/the make and model. ( online stores such as newegg, ncix or tiger direct will give you a good idea of how much these should cost )
