please give me theanswers and solutions as I am having trouble.
1. two complementary angles that have degree measures p and 3p-6 (only need equation)

2.two consecutive even integers that have a sum of 450

3. The length of a rectangular lot is 50 feet more than the width. If the perimeter is 500 feet, then what are the length and width?

4. American products plans to lay off 10% of its employees in its aerospace division and 15% of its employees in its ag division. If altogether 12% of the 3000 employees in these two divisions will be laid off, then how many employees are in each division?

x + (x + 2) = 450

2(w + 50 + w) = 500
4w = 400
w = 100 l =150

.1x +.15(3000-x) = .12(3000)
-.05x = 360-450
x = 1800 Aero

2x= 224
2x+2 = 226

w= width
w+50 = length
perimeter = 2w +2(w+50) = 500
4w = 400 --> w = 100 and l = 150

.12*3000 = 360 employees will be layed off
x = ag and 3000-x = aerospace
so .15x+.1(3000-x) =360
.15x +300 -.1x =360
.05x= 60 --> x = 1200 ag
so aerospace = 1800
