All of these flippin' crazy idiots think it's funny to wait outside of the school and tackle girls and take their stuff like spankies (cheerleading underwear) and the girls personal items tampons,sanitary pads,deodarant,ect.Is there any way I can strike the back at the bloody idiots?

The sensible thing to do would be to tell all the right people... your parents, the school who should inform the police...you shouldn't get any comeback from these blokes as they won't know it was you who turned them in. It sounds like there are quite a few people who are annoyed about this so perhaps go with a friend for some emotional support.
Alternatively fill some large waterpistols with poster paint...the rest is history.

have a bag ready with old ladies type knickers and any other 'doctored' stuff that sort of looks the same but will give THEM a shock when they get them out
