Pavel is my favorite. But the whole team is great. And Detroit is Hockey Town....you can't lose.

I'm so glad I'm not alone, everyone here hates hockey all together. I love all Red Wings fans like Gerry D and Wings Fan, but I understand the competion, its great to have it thanks copas.

I really like the Red Wings! Chris Chelios gave my nephew an autographed jersey when he had leukemia, hats, pucks too! All the stuff Cheli gave to me (cards, hats, pucks, etc.) I gave away to kids I knew like my son, godson, nephews, and nieces. I was invited to Cheli's place in Malibu after the 2002 Stanley Cup playoffs - couldn't make it due to a family event; however, there couldn't be a nicer, more approachable person than Cheli, Shanny, Hully (when he was on the team), and even Federov.
I am really happy the Ducks won the Cup, but I will always have a special place for the DRW.

In and around the Detroit area and some just on the other side of the river love the Wings. But to really appreciate what kind of following the Red Wings have just look at how many fans they bring into the opposing arena's. It is a self-proclaimed Hockeytown but it's not a bogus title. It's a class A organization thanks maintly to it's owner Mike Ilitch. Players that have come here from other teams, for the most part, say it's the best organization they ever played for. Just ask Larry Murphy and Chris Chelios for starters.

Detroit is a self-proclaimed hockey town. The real hockey town is north of the border. I cannot stand the wings and I never will. I will say we've always had a good rivalry with them and it has slipped in recent year, but it will be back. I bleed blue :)

I happen to like them, my name might give that away though!
My favorite players are currently Holmstrom and Datsyuk, but i will always like Stevie Y and Fedorov, and the Grind line, which since i can remember was always Draper, Maltby, and McCarty.........now Cleary is on there ard he does a great job on that line as well.
Gotta love the Wings!

hey man im a preds fan.. so i love the rivalry-- but not a "predwing" .... sorry, but love to hate out of sport-- you wont be broken hearted if i say no will ya because detroit has a freakin legion of followers.. hope we tangle in nashville for many more years--just glad you beat the sharks ...

Although Pittsburgh is my favorite, I do like Detroit. Especially Chris Chelios and Tomas Holmstrom...gotta love those two!!!!

I love them!!! of course i am biased since im from hockeytown!! Stevie y will always be my favorite but i also like hank z, homer and dan cleary proved himself to be a really good gritty player.

not me, hockey town is actually up north across the border, yea the wings can lose and in a choking spasmatic kind of way. and when they got that puke bertuzzi ?well all the doubters were convinced
