I know the whole "slimy limey" (no offence to any Brits who may be reading thing is appealing and sexy - look at E.J. and Tony, also Jerry Jax on General Hospital. But still, wouldn't it be cool if one of Stefano's evil demon sons actually sounded Italian?

Yes, it would be nice but that would only be if they were raised speaking Italian. Did you notice that EJ's bio says he was raised in England, he has a delightful English accent but he talks about his childhood in New Orleans? It is a Soap and the only constant is inconsistancy.
I'm not complaining - I melt when EJ speaks and Tony's Greek accent is beautiful.

They wouldnt have an Italian accent unless they were raised there. So their accent reflects where they spent the bulk of their youth.
But I do agree, a nice Italian accent would be nice to hear. :)

Their Mothers are English and they were both raised in England I guess. Lexie is American and was raised in America.
