over achiever would be good but leaving no room for anyone else in your life or someone else to achieve something. and some ppl like to mke fun of over achiver and then some pp expect to much from you. loser a quitter gave up to easily so far. or normal person

can you please define over-achiever and quitter? is there space for a normal person between these two extremes?
May I suggest a following classification:
works a little, earns a little - quitter
works a lot, earns a little - loser who lets others exploit him
works a little, earns a lot - dangerous gansta
works a lot, earns a lot - over-achiever, never there for me/kids
